As a Designated Broker, she has a proven track record of guiding buyers, sellers and real estate professionals, honed through years of experience. Kelley's leadership skills are evident in her success leading real estate offices, where she strategically focused on recruitment, development, and retention initiatives, consistently increasing sales associate production through effective coaching, training, and dynamic weekly sales meetings. She cultivates positive and productive office environments, prioritizing real estate broker satisfaction and ensuring the smooth management of daily sales operations for timely and effective transactions. This expertise was further demonstrated as the Owner and Designated Broker of 2 By 2 Real Estate Solutions in Puyallup, where she opened and ran a flat-rate, full-service firm, successfully hiring 22 real estate brokers. In this role, she conducted weekly productivity meetings, provided regular coaching, taught real estate-focused classes, and expertly reviewed contracts, advising brokers on best practices to navigate complex transactions. Prior to this, as a Managing Broker at Keller Williams Realty, Kelley excelled as the Assistant Designated Broker and Trainer for a large brokerage, where she supported hundreds of agents. Through critical review of executed real estate contracts, she provided essential guidance to brokers on error correction and compliance. She also leveraged her skills as a Licensed Washington State Real Estate Instructor by teaching real estate forms, transaction best practices, and paperless transaction software and processes.

Kelley's overarching purpose is to affect positive change in others, making her a valuable asset to both buyers, sellers and fellow professionals. Since earning her Real Estate Broker License, she has continued to serve buyers, sellers, and investors through developing marketing materials and advising clients, and as a Real Estate Investor managing multi-family properties.  Kelley is a proud member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Association and the National Association of Realtors, demonstrating her commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and accessing the most comprehensive resources in the industry. Furthering her expertise and dedication to serving a diverse clientele, she holds the certifications of Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and At Home With Diversity from the National Association of Realtors.
